Sales Listing & Mandate We will send you a Mandate to complete as well as our marketing package. Our marketing package includes a recording of a virtual tour of your property as well as a professional photoshoot. Please send us the completed Mandate. We will agree on an auction date and upload the auction with all the relevant information, virtual tour, photos and documents.

Payment of Marketing costs Payment for marketing should be done upfront. Payment should be made in our bank account.

Arrangement of virtual tour & photoshoot When we received payment and signed Mandate, we will put you into contact with a Private Property representative to arrange the recording of a virtual tour and photoshoot of your property.

Highest bidder signs Offer to Purchase The highest bidder will be contacted by Just Auctions. We will send the Offer to Purchase document to both parties to sign for further processing by the attorneys. If the seller has any queries after this step, he/she is welcome to contact ESI Attorneys at (021) 943 5111, 083 653 7283 or caryn@esilaw.co.za. ESI Attorneys will assist in the transfer process of the transaction. The highest bidder has 24 hours to pay 10% deposit and 10 days to furnish a Bank or Financial Institution’s guarantee providing for payment. Highest bidder to send us proof of payment when paying the deposit.

ESI Attorneys will let us know that the transaction has been successful. We congratulate the seller on the sale of his/her property.
